Plant seeds and see…

I am a fan of Piet Oudolf, Designer and Plantsman. He is famous for using swaths of plants and four season plans that move, change, breathe across the landscape. He did the Millennium Garden in Chicago, the High Line in NYC and many famous gardens public and private around the world. This Echinacea Pallida is in his plant roster. I grew this from seed planted 2 years ago! It is graceful, tall, and willowy. My track record with seeds to plant success is hit or miss. This plant is a hit.
